About Me
I have a doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Regent’s University, London, a BSc in Applied Psychology and Sociology from the University of Surrey, am a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist.

Having worked in the health and fitness arena for over a decade, I have a strong interest in the mind-body connection and particularly how this relates to our body image and relationship with food. I consider our bodies to be a key tool in healing and approach therapy from a 'bottom up', sensorimotor perspective where we tap into the body's physiological and sensory wisdom, as well as a 'top down' perspective where we explore cognitive experience and emotional processing.
I have worked across both public and private sectors in pain management, physical rehabilitation, and eating disorders. I currently work in private practice, and have consulted for an array of organisations on health related issues, including the BBC, Sky News, ITV, The Guardian, The Times and Tescos.
